At HuggleBoo™, we believe every little celebration deserves perfect party wear—and an even more perfect experience. If something isn’t just right, we’ve got you covered with hassle-free exchanges and store credit that feels like a gift.
What You Can Return or Exchange
We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any of the following within 7 calendar days of delivery:
- The wrong size or fit
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Simply changed your mind
All we ask is that garments are unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at care@huggleboo.com with:
- Subject: Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order ID]
- Message: Tell us what went wrong (size, defect, style change)
- Attachments: A quick unboxing video or clear photos (helps speed things up!)
- We’ll reply within 1 business day with easy return shipping instructions.
- Send your item back within 7 days of approval.
Exchange Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your new size or style at no extra cost.
- If your replacement isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit for the full item value.
Store Credit Refunds
- We do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we provide store credit equal to your item’s purchase price.
- Your credit is valid for 12 months—plenty of time to pick out the next picture-perfect outfit!
- Credits apply to product value only; original shipping charges remain non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
- On Us: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- On You: Returns for size changes or “just because,” unless you’ve spent ₹10,000 or more—then we’ll cover one return for you!
Order Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders: Cancel any time before dispatch for full store credit.
- COD Orders: Cancel pre-dispatch with no fees; post-dispatch treated as a return.
