Shipping Within India
We offer free standard shipping across India on all orders—no minimum cart value required. We partner with reputable logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery. Some remote or restricted areas may not be serviceable; please check availability at checkout or contact us at care@huggleboo.com.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons (e.g., festive sales) or promotional launches, slight delays may occur. We’ll keep you informed via email or SMS if there are any changes.
Delivery Timeline
Your order will typically be delivered within 5–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, for which HuggleBoo™ is not responsible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, contact us at care@huggleboo.com.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
At HuggleBoo™, we want shopping to be as joyful and worry-free as possible. That’s why we now offer 100% Free Cash on Delivery with no advance payment and no extra charges.
Simply place your order, sit back, and relax — pay the full amount only when your little one’s outfit arrives at your doorstep.
Our trusted courier partner may get in touch before attempting delivery. If you’re unavailable, they’ll make up to two redelivery attempts or arrange a local pickup (where available).
To keep things smooth, please ensure you’re available at the delivery address or coordinate with the courier. In case of repeated failed or rejected COD deliveries, we may request prepaid payment for future orders to continue serving you better.
Delivery Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
Natural disasters, weather issues, or strikes
High-order volume during promotions or sales
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Courier partner delays
HuggleBoo™ is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors, but we’ll support you in tracking and resolving issues. Please contact us at care@huggleboo.com if you experience delays.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or hasn’t been delivered:
Notify us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date.
Include your order ID and an unboxing video/photos showing the package and items.

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue according to our Return Policy, which may include a refund or replacement for damaged/incorrect items.
Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If a COD order is rejected, undelivered after multiple attempts, or returned due to an incorrect address:
The parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Future orders may require prepayment, and you may be responsible for reshipping fees to redeliver the order.
To avoid RTO, ensure your address is accurate and someone is available to receive the delivery.
