Operated by House of AC Luxe (registered in Uttar Pradesh, India), we’re committed to making your shopping experience transparent and delightful. These Terms govern your use of our website www.HuggleBoo.com, including browsing, purchasing, and interacting with our services.

1. Our Services

Our website, hosted on Shopify Inc.’s secure platform, offers high-quality kidswear designed for children. These Terms apply to all users—parents, guardians, or anyone accessing our site. We may update these Terms periodically; the latest version will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

HuggleBoo’s website is designed for parents and legal guardians shopping for children’s clothing. By using our site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old (the age of majority in India) or have parental consent.
  • You will not use our services for illegal purposes (e.g., fraud, copyright infringement).
  • You will not transmit viruses, spam, or harmful code.
  • Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

3. Ordering Process

Provide accurate information (name, address, payment details). We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or errors.

Pricing: All prices are in INR (inclusive of GST). We honor the price at checkout but may cancel orders with pricing errors (with notification).

Product Details: Colors/fabrics may vary slightly due to device screens. Refer to our size guide for the best fit.

Care Instructions: All garments are labeled with care instructions ("Dry Clean Only" unless otherwise specified).

4. Shipping & Delivery

Within India

Free standard shipping on all orders within India.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (subject to location and unforeseen delays).

Tracking & Issues:

A tracking link will be emailed once shipped.

Lost/Damaged Orders: Contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video for resolution

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags. Instead of a refund, you’ll receive HuggleBoo™ store credit valid for 12 months, giving you plenty of time to find the perfect piece.

Process

  • Email us at care@huggleboo.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos or a short unboxing video
  • Once verified, we’ll provide return authorization and the return address (if applicable).
  • Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Note: Shipping fees (if applicable) and gift-wrapping charges are non-refundable.

6. Payments

Secured via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store full payment details. Declined Payments: Orders may be cancelled if payment fails.

7. Your Account

Keep credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

HuggleBoo™ is a trademark applied for in India.

All content—including logos, designs, product images, and text—is owned by House of AC Luxe and protected under Indian and international copyright/trademark laws. You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Use our brand name/logo for commercial purposes.

Trademark Notice: Third-party trademarks displayed on our site belong to their respective owners.

9. User Submissions

We love your feedback! By sharing reviews, photos, or ideas:

  • You grant us rights to use them for marketing (e.g., website/social media).
  • Ensure submissions are original and lawful.

13. Dispute Resolution

  • Order details
  • Evidence - unboxing video & pictures
  • We’ll respond within 15 days (per Indian e-commerce rules).
  • Unresolved disputes may proceed to mediation/arbitration in Noida, UP, under Indian law.

14. Force Majeure

We’re not liable for delays/cancellations caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Strikes or supply chain disruptions

15. General Terms

Governing Law: Indian Law (Courts in Noida, UP)

Updates: Check this page periodically. Continued use = acceptance.

Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
